Go to My Account > Manage Account > View active payment plans

You will see a table of recent orders/payments. If you are up to date with payments, the status will be “Active,” if you have missed a payment, it will be “on hold,” as seen below.

Click “View” by the correct order and proceed with the following directions accordingly.
If you haven’t missed a payment
Please email billing@designalive.com and we will assist you.
If you have already missed payments
Scroll down to the “Related orders” section. Click “Pay.”

You will be directed to the checkout page, where you will need to checkout and insert new credit card details.
