We focus on finding a "nice" region and a transformation that sends that region to a "messy" one. We do an example of a change of variables motivated by a "yucky" integrand. An integral in which we project onto the yz plane instead of the xy plane (working with a simple yz-solid.) We find the volume of the unit sphere by doing our very first triple integral in spherical coordinates!
